I spend my working day on the internet, either blogging, or researching and reviewing corporate websites. I came to web work after 10 years working as a management consultant for Accenture, back in the days when it was called Andersen Consulting. Before that, I earned my doctorate from Jesus College, Oxford - in Aristotelian philosophy. I don't use my title much!

I've spent the last three years running my own small web design company, Weblucent Ltd, and writing/researching benchmark reports on large corporate web sites. So I have experience in writing, research, consultancy, business, blogging and web design. An unusual combination.
